The roof ridge cover should be constructed as soon as possible after the roof is completed. If it cannot be constructed immediately, the roof ridge insulation material should be protected by plastic sheeting to prevent rainy days from affecting the insulation effect.

During the construction of the roof ridge cover, it should be ensured that it is reliably sealed with the roof and between the roof ridge cover.

When hoisting the roof panel to the roof truss for installation, pay attention to the female rib part of the color-coated panel facing the first installation. After the verticality of the gutter on the roof ridge is ensured that all dimensions are correct, fix a base plate, install the subsequent base plate in the same way, and always use positioning to ensure that the ends of the color-coated plate are neatly in a straight line.

(1) Transport the board vertically, ensuring that the female rib faces the beginning of the installation. Install a row of fixed brackets to fix the roof attachment purlin, adjust its position to ensure that the position of a top board is accurate, and fix a row of fixed brackets.

(2) Place a color-coated board on the fixed bracket according to the direction orthogonal to the gutter. First align the middle rib with the corner of the fixed bracket, and use the foot rib or wooden purlin to connect the middle rib to the fixed bracket. The female rib is buckled on the fixed bracket, and check whether it is completely fastened.

(3) Fasten the second row of fixed brackets to the male ribs of the pre-installed color-coated plate, and install them on each bracket.

(4) Fix the female ribs of the two color-coated boards with the two rows of fixing brackets, and fasten them from the middle to both ends. Use the same method to install the color-coated boards afterwards, pay attention to the connection to be reliable and fasten, and check at any time The roof is in a straight line at the gutter, and the accuracy of the position such as the verticality of the gutter.

(5) During the installation process, always use positioning lines at the end of the board to ensure the parallelism of the color-coated board itself and its perpendicularity to the gutter.

Pay special attention to the following points during the installation process:

(1) The top of the purlin used as a support should be on the same plane. According to the actual situation, you can adjust its position by tapping or relaxing to meet this requirement. Do not directly hit the bottom of the fixed bracket. Attempting to adjust the slope or position of the roof and placing the color-coated panels correctly can ensure their effective fastening. On the contrary, if the color-coated panels are not properly aligned when they are placed, it will affect the fastening effect of the color-coated panels, especially The part close to the support center point.

(2) In order to prevent the color-coated panels from fanning or spreading due to improper construction, or to make the lower edge of the roof uneven, check whether the color-coated panels are properly aligned at any time when placing them on the color-coated panels, and measure the top and bottom of the color-coated panels at any time. Whether the distance between the edges of the two ends and the gutter is equal to avoid the color-coated board from slanting.

(3) Immediately after installation, clean the remaining water debris on the roof, pull rivet rods, discarded fasteners and other metal debris, because these metal debris will cause corrosion of the color-coated board.
