In the dyeing process, there are actually many influencing factors that will cause our dyeing. 1. The influence of oxide film on the quality of color aluminum plate: oxide film refers to the thickness, porosity and transparency of the film. The thickness of the film layer can be kept above 10um, and the porosity and transparency can get good dyeing quality.

2. Dyeing solution temperature: The dyeing of colored aluminum panels is divided into cold dyeing and hot dyeing. The use of cold dyeing takes a long time in the production process, and the uniformity of the dyed color is easier to grasp. The heat dyeing time is relatively short, but the control of the color is more difficult. The temperature of heat dyeing is usually 40-60°C. If the temperature is too high, it will reduce the adsorption of dyeing and easily cause the surface of the aluminum plate to bloom.

3. The influence of the raw materials of the color aluminum plate: usually the high-purity aluminum, aluminum-magnesium, and aluminum-manganese alloys in the production process have a good dyeing function and can be dyed into various colors. For the relatively heavy plates containing silicon or copper, it can only be dyed into dark and black colors during the dyeing process, which is relatively monotonous.

4. Dyeing solution concentration: There is a connection between the dyeing solution concentration and dyeing. If you dye light colors, the concentration can be lower, and if you dye dark colors, the concentration can be higher. If the dyeing density is relatively high, it will cause uneven color or floating color phenomenon, which is prone to "color flow" during the cleaning and closing process. In order to enhance the absorption of dyeing, low-concentration colors are used for extended dyeing, so that the dye molecules can penetrate into the depths of the oxide film pores more evenly, so that the dyed colors can be more harmonious and firm.

When the color aluminum plate is dyed, the expected effect cannot be achieved. During the construction process, the overall effect will be greatly reduced. Therefore, every dyeing step and technique must be thoroughly familiar.
